Update- Click here for the newest Chase checking bonus as of November.

A brand new checking account bonus from Chase was just launched, check it out! Act quick because this offer is set to expire September 30th, but Chase is notorious for killing their promotions early.

Chase will deposit $100 into your new checking account just for opening and setting up direct deposit OR use your free Chase debit card five times.

The best thing about this bonus is that Chase deposits the money into your account within ten business days after you have your first direct deposit or use your debit card five times. This makes it extremely appealing to those of us who need some quick cash! (Chase says ten business days but I have opened multiple new Chase accounts to get the bonuses and they usually credit the bonus within two days.)

The account has no monthly maintenance fee as long as you have at least one direct deposit a month or use your debit card at least six months so this bonus is an easy free $100 bucks.

Click here to apply online. You can also apply at your local branch by having your coupon code emailed to you. Click here to have your coupon code sent to your email. Make sure a coupon code is auto populated when you go through the sign up process to ensure you get the bonus.

A few of the terms and conditions:

  • Offer is not available to existing Chase checking customers and expires September 30th.
  • To qualify for the $100 bonus you must open a new Chase Checking account with a minimum opening amount of $100 or more. (Money that is not currently held at Chase)
  • Within 60 days of account opening you have to have a direct deposit from your work or the government.( I have been successful at getting bonuses just from doing an ACH push from one of my other banks)
  • If you are unable to set up direct deposit you can also get the bonus by using your Chase debit card at least five times within the first 60 days of opening the account.
  • Chase has a limit of one checking account-related reward/bonus per customer, per calendar year.
  • You must also keep the account open for at least six months or Chase can retract the bonus.
