$150 Bonus: American Express Gold Card

You will earn 15,000 bonus points after spending $1000 within the first 3 months of opening your “American Express Rewards Plus Gold Card”. The points can be exchanged for $150 in gift cards.

You can also earn double points on gas and groceries for your first year, and the card also carries no preset spending limit. Other purchases, such as travel, will also earn double points for the first year and 1 point for every other eligible dollar spent.

The card does carry a $150 yearly fee, which is waived during the first year.
