As the summer travel season quickly approaches Chase has a new offer with its United MileagePlus Explorer credit card. Open a new account and get 55,000 bonus miles plus a $50 statement credit.Chase even waives the annual fee for the first year ( a $95 fee applies after you first year is up).
The offer is pretty straightforward. Earn 50,000 miles after you spend $1,000 within the first three months. Earn another 5,000 miles after you add an authorized user. 55,000 miles is more than enough for two round-trip tickets to anywhere in the continental US. Chase will also give you an additional 10,000 miles after you spend $25,000 of more during a calendar year.
The United MileagePlus card gives you priority boarding, free checked bag, and two free Club passes every year of membership. The Club passes virtually offset the annual fee.
